Creativity is necessary. 

Outside of my day job, I co-founded and help run a nonprofit makerspace, I sew (mostly clothes), I make things, collaborate with others, and look at lots of art. I also maintain a truly mediocre Tumblr about homemade vegan pizza because it feels good to do something just for the sake of doing it.
