I love collaborating! My friend and past colleague Katrina Rahn and I wrote The Art of Team Development together. We also conducted and presented an unofficial library work culture study (trailer) and continue to collaborate on big ideas to make library work cultures more awesome.

Outside of my day job, I co-founded and help run a nonprofit makerspace in San Francisco. I sew (mostly clothes), I Risograph, I make things, and I collaborate. I look at lots of art in magazines, galleries, web pages, and on the streets. I also maintain a truly mediocre Tumblr about homemade vegan pizza because it feels good to do something just for the sake of doing it. I try to bring creativity into most things that I do.
